What if the gift I gave was never received?
Resending Gifts
Don't fret! You can always resend your gift. 👍🏼 We promise your gift will be redeemed!
- The first thing you'll want to do to check on your gift is sign in to Dwell online (not in the app).
- Go to "My Account" (click the profile photo at the top right of your screen)
- Click on "Send Gifts" on the left hand side of your screen.
- Gifts you have purchased sent will appear. To check the status of a gift already sent you'll want to look at "Gifts You've Given"
- You will know your gift has been received when your "Status" changes from "Sent (Send Again)" to "Redeemed on DATE"
- If your gift has not been redeemed simply click the "Send Again" link. You are more than welcome to direct the gift card to a different email address than before.
