What if the gift I gave was never received?

Resending Gifts

Don't fret! You can always resend your gift. 👍🏼 We promise your gift will be redeemed!  

  • The first thing you'll want to do to check on your gift is sign in to Dwell online (not in the app). 
  • Go to "My Account" (click the profile photo at the top right of your screen)
  • Click on "Send Gifts" on the left hand side of your screen.  
    • Gifts you have purchased sent will appear.  To check the status of a gift already sent you'll want to look at "Gifts You've Given"   
    • You will know your gift has been received when your "Status" changes from "Sent (Send Again)" to "Redeemed on DATE"   
  • If your gift has not been redeemed simply click the "Send Again" link.  You are more than welcome to direct the gift card to a different email address than before.
