How do I reactivate a group member's account?

How to Reactivate a Group Contact

Note: This can only be accomplished by someone with access to the group's administrative account. If you are not the admin but need your account reactivated, you may send these instructions to your admin.

  1. Log into your church admin dashboard
  2. Navigate to "Contacts"
  3. On the Contacts page, click "Inactive

  4. On the "Inactive" page, find the account you want to reactivate and click the red "Reactivate" link.

  5. Once you confirm the account is "Active", ask the member to log into their account. Once they log in, they will have full access to everything in your church's account!
