What if the gift I gave was never received?
Don't fret! You can always resend your gift. 👍🏼
The first thing you'll want to do is check in on your gift's status. You can do so by going to the "Manage Gifts" page once logged into your account. You'll notice at the bottom of that page there is a "Gifts You've Given" section that will keep you up to date on the status for all of your gifts. This is also where you can resend gifts via email or reprint your gift cards.
You will know that your giftee received their gift subscription when the Status changes to "Redeemed" as the image below illustrates:
