What if the gift I gave was never received?
Don't fret! You can always resend your gift. 👍🏼 We promise your gift will be redeemed!
- The first thing you'll want to do before checking on your gifts status is to log into your account.
- Once you do so, click "Your Account" in the top right hand corner
- Click on "Manage Gifts"
- Gifts you have purchased sent will appear. To check the status of a gift already sent you'll want to look at "Gifts You've Given"
- You will know your gift has been received when your "Status" changes from "Sent (Send Again)" to "Redeemed on DATE"
- If your gift has not been redeemed simply click the "Send Again" link. You are more than welcome to direct the gift card to a different email address than before.
